📋 Description

• Manage high-value, complex compensation projects as project manager • Collaborate cross-functionally with benchmarking, revenue, and other internal teams • Support stakeholder alignment and compensation strategy development • Conduct job pricing and salary structure modeling • Develop job family frameworks and job leveling structures • Create policy documentation and deliver compensation communications training • Interpret complex market data and tailor recommendations to client circumstances and objectives • Partner with client stakeholders and senior leaders on compensation strategy, findings, and recommendations • Share knowledge and best practices with teammates • Support onboarding, shadowing, and peer review • Troubleshoot complex issues and support revenue teams on prospect and renewal calls • Identify team competency gaps and suggest professional development opportunities • Participate in departmental process improvement to enhance service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on compensation experience • Expertise in benchmarking and market pricing across multiple industries, geographies, and data sources • Expertise in salary structure design, development, and analysis • Expertise in job architecture, job family frameworks, and job leveling • Expertise in compensation strategy development and implementation • Strong project management skills, including independently managing moderately complex to highly complex client engagements • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including communicating compensation concepts clearly to client stakeholders and senior leaders • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities • Client-facing experience delivering consulting or professional services to external clients • Willingness to share compensation expertise and support teammate development • Stable broadband or fiber internet connection with minimum speed of 100 Mbps if working from home • Dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi signal • Device for multifactor authentication (MFA/2FA) • Nice to have: global job architecture and international compensation structures experience • Nice to have: variable pay structure design knowledge • Nice to have: pay equity analysis and pay transparency experience • Nice to have: compensation certification such as CCP
