📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of coordination and owner of the international relocation process, including permanent moves • Deliver high-level customer service to relocating employees • Manage international assignments or permanent relocations according to client policies • Coordinate supply chain partners and advocate for relocating employees • Coordinate with internal support functions to ensure successful relocation experiences • Select and manage preferred global partners and ensure quality service delivery • Communicate with client HR contacts and relocation leadership regarding employee and family issues • Provide status updates, identify issues, offer solutions, and complete client projects and reports • Interpret employee needs while balancing client policy and maintain communication throughout the assignment lifecycle • Counsel employees on compensation and tax benefits, including COLA, housing allowance, hypothetical tax, and tax policy • Administer expatriate compensation elements and maintain scheduled compensation updates • Resolve unique customer concerns and identify process enhancement opportunities • Follow data access, handling, storage, privacy, and company policy requirements • Participate in client/prospect visits and presentations as needed • Coordinate temporary housing, car shipments, home finding, travel authorization, and expense management • Adhere to client policies and tax guidelines • Use Odyssey’s operations system daily for notes and file management • May support U.S. domestic relocations and work non-traditional hours for different time zones

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent work experience preferred • 3 years of direct relocation experience or 5 years of related customer service experience • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and web-hosted job-related systems • Proficiency in documenting work and file activity in Odyssey’s operating system • Previous international or intercultural experience • Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required • Knowledge/experience of international relocation assignment management • Knowledge/experience of global business and mobility operations • Knowledge/experience of international cost estimates and their creation • Demonstrated customer service skills • Ability to identify potential problems and develop creative solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, consultative, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, business etiquette, and phone skills • Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and function as part of a team while acting as a self-starter • Ability to deal with ambiguity effectively • PC proficiency with databases and Microsoft 365, including Calendar, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Must be located within the Central or Eastern Time Zones
