📋 Description

• Collaborates with client groups, Senior Talent Consultants, and People Operations business partners to understand requirements, duties, and desired qualifications for vacant positions. • Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates. • Screens candidates and selects qualified, interested candidates for interviewing, connecting viable candidates with People Operations partners and hiring managers. • Checks candidate references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds. • Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process. • Follows up with clients or hiring managers after interviews to determine whether placement can be made and collects feedback when unsuccessful. • Provides weekly and quarterly reporting and creates presentations including recruitment progress. • Arranges meeting locations, travel, and accommodations for applicants and company managers when necessary. • Maintains compliance with applicable EEO and related employment laws and regulations. • Builds candidate pipelines to improve selection efficiency during business upticks. • Continually hones talent-assessment skills across multiple departments and business levels. • Performs other related duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews. • Excellent organizational skills. • Thorough understanding of global employment laws and guidelines including EEO, ADA, and other related laws. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required. • At minimum of 5 years of strategic talent assessment preferred. • Experience using Greenhouse preferred. • CIPD, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP preferred. • SHRM’s Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
