📋 Description

• Participate in and support credits and incentives projects for DMA clients • Conduct research and analysis of state, local, federal, and utility incentive programs • Prepare documentation, applications, and supporting materials related to incentive opportunities • Coordinate with internal teams and assist in interactions with clients and economic development officials • Support project execution by managing assigned tasks, timelines, and deliverables • Assist with preparation and maintenance of work-in-process (WIP) reports • Support client meetings and presentations as needed • Assist in evaluating incentive opportunities for existing and prospective clients • Maintain working knowledge of credits and incentives programs, regulations, and trends • Assist in researching and addressing technical or project-related issues • Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in credits and incentives, property tax consulting, or a related discipline • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Valid driver’s license • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Travel as required
