📋 Description

• Lead development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables • Lead presentations and discussions with clients and business leaders • Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations • Manage multiple projects and align them with client goals and business priorities • Anticipate and resolve issues effectively • Mentor junior and intermediate team members • Provide advanced training sessions and foster collaboration • Contribute to data strategy discussions and develop key performance metrics • Advise clients and internal teams on analytics strategy and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or related fields • Proven ability to manage teams and deliver impactful insights • Experience working with clients and delivering actionable results • Project management experience • Deep knowledge of the healthcare and affordability industry • Knowledge of project management methodologies • Advanced SQL query development, optimization, and maintenance (Required) • BI tool experience for creating interactive dashboards (Required) • Data visualization experience (Required) • Statistical methods, including correlation analysis and variance analysis (Required) • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred • Compliance with SOC1, SOC2, PCI, and HIPAA requirements • Ability to travel when requested
