📋 Description

• Create and implement pricing and access strategies for pharmaceutical assets. • Design and manage project teams executing qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical market access and pricing strategy projects. • Develop project proposals with senior staff. • Manage consulting teams in developing and communicating client deliverables. • Maintain client relationships. • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously. • Conduct market analysis, market research, and analytics. • Design and lead primary interviews with payers and key opinion leaders. • Build Excel-based financial models evaluating price-access scenarios and gross-to-net. • Construct practice economic analyses across settings of care and financial ecosystems. • Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive-level audiences. • Train and develop junior consulting staff. • Progress toward Associate Director through project management, workstream management, professional expertise, client development, and business development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; a major course of study in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred. • 4+ years of consulting or related business experience in market access, reimbursement, pricing, health economics, forecasting, and/or pipeline strategy. • 1–2 years of direct experience in client management and content delivery roles. • Excellent project management skills, initiative and resourcefulness, leadership, and ability to think strategically and creatively. • Keen attention to detail. • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch. • Experience developing, designing, and executing qualitative and quantitative market research. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Preferred: experience with pricing methodologies including analog assessment, Van Westendorp, Gabor Granger, and Conjoint. • Preferred: graduate-level degree in business or another health-related field (MBA, MPH, MS, or PhD). • Track record of thought leadership (written or podium). • Comfortable engaging with and presenting to executive-level audiences. • Track record of training and developing junior consulting staff. • Familiarity with U.S. government and pricing policy reform. • Deep experience with Part A/hospital inpatient pricing and reimbursement, Part B/medical benefit pricing, Part D/contracting, and calculating gross-to-net.
