📋 Description

• Provide nutrition recommendations and support to customers during and after product sales • Consult directly with dairy farmers and their employees • Work on farms with dairy farm employees, dairy ownership, and affiliated dairy representatives • Set performance goals aligned with territory and dairy leadership team objectives • Inform customers about new products, services, and prices through a consultative approach to dairy nutrition and management • Support Cargill team members through collaborative efforts to service dairy customers • Develop and deliver proposals and presentations and help conduct product demonstrations • Build, monitor, and revise monthly performance objectives versus budget and implement actions to reach them • Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions • Build, develop, and maintain internal and external customer relationships • Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Ability to travel up to 75% to visit dairy farms daily • Minimum of four years of related work experience in sales or business development or related field • Valid driver’s license in good standing • Dairy and animal nutrition experience • Sales experience (preferred) • Consulting experience (preferred)
