📋 Description

• Collect data and locate equipment at universities, colleges, and hospitals • Analyze data for project planning, execution, and closure • Work with senior team members to solve client-specific challenges • Learn basic principles of commercial building construction • Use GASB 34 compliance knowledge to interpret data • Interface with clients via meetings or telephone to discuss project scope and findings • Travel regularly in Kansas, Missouri, and other states • Perform equipment inventories, cost segregation, and space utilization studies

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting degree • Experience in GASB compliance • 2-4 years experience dealing with city/county GASB 34 compliance • Public accounting experience • 100% commitment to delivering the best experience to HCA Clients • Think on your feet and thrive on learning new skills • Extremely detail oriented and organized • Enjoy solving problems and committed to improving internal and external processes • Effectively communicate with clients and team members • Comfortable working with and interpreting data • Travel overnight to client locations across the country 50%-70% of the time • Expert using Excel; Access is also helpful • Proficiency in MS Word • Valid driver’s license
