📋 Description

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs and strategic enterprise initiatives for healthcare clients • Manage multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility into timelines, budgets, risks, and overall program health • Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting across the program • Own program financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking • Engage senior leadership and key stakeholders with clear, confident communication • Deliver executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare experience required • Extensive experience as a Senior Program Manager leading large, complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and tracking • Proven experience with project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and executive-level reporting • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and key stakeholders • Member experience and Medicaid experience strongly preferred • ServiceNow Project Management experience preferred • Preferred exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java and React applications, AWS Lambda, and Figma
