📋 Description

• Provide 24/7 monitoring, advanced technical support, network design, implementation, and escalation for global network infrastructure • Engineer, configure, install, maintain, and upgrade Fortinet, Cisco, and Palo Alto next-generation firewall devices • Manage existing customer-facing networks and plan network expansion by recommending designs, hardware, and connectivity solutions • Develop and review system and network designs for compliance with corporate security policies and best practices • Implement and support SD-WAN, MPLS, wired and wireless Layer 2/Layer 3 connectivity, firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers • Provide multi-layered technical support to customers through Network Operations Center services • Review and resolve broad, potentially service-impacting anomalies • Escalate issues to appropriate resources or management when necessary • Act as an escalation point for customer issues and internal work units • Liaise with customers, vendors, and third-party providers to troubleshoot issues and participate in design sessions • Track issues accurately in the ticketing system and provide timely customer updates on progress and resolutions • Obtain and maintain technical certifications • Follow company policies, data privacy practices, annual compliance training, and policy acknowledgements • Perform additional duties assigned by the manager • Report to the Director of Network Operations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or University degree in a related field of study or an equivalent 8+ years of related work experience • 8+ years of related work experience required • Extensive experience with OSI-based network flow, complex hands-on network troubleshooting, debug commands, packet captures, and routing/path analysis • Extensive experience configuring, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco ASA/Firepower and Cisco Secure Firewall Management Center • Extensive experience with Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls and Fortinet Access Points and Switches • Extensive experience with Cisco Routers and Switches, including Cisco Nexus Switches • Extensive experience with Juniper EX/QFX Switches, Routers, and SRX Firewalls • Extensive experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama • Extensive experience with FortiGate SD-WAN design and troubleshooting • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS routing protocols • Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex issues within NSX environments, including performance tuning and optimization • Extensive experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting F5 Load Balancers, including LTM, GTM, and ASM modules • In-depth experience with VMware NSX-V and NSX-T • In-depth experience with MPLS design, implementation, and troubleshooting • In-depth experience troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 issues • Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting AWS networking services, including VPC, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect, Security Groups, and NACLs, in production environments • Experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting Cloudflare services, including DNS, CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, Zero Trust/Access, and Tunnel, for production web and application environments • Must be legally eligible to work in the assigned country without visa sponsorship • Ability to perform each essential function satisfactorily; reasonable accommodation may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities
