📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients • Guide clients through their full 1-800Accountant journey and build trusted relationships • Coordinate service delivery across bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and advisory teams • Track client milestones, usage, service delivery, and progression • Identify risks, blockers, and confusion points and coordinate resolutions • Schedule and prepare internal expert appointments with appropriate context and documentation • Guide clients in using the platform and promote adoption of tools and features • Understand client businesses, pain points, and goals and tailor support • Handle escalated client concerns and coordinate solutions • Recognize evolving client needs and route qualified leads to the Business Needs Analyst team • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for interactions, service progress, engagement health, and outcomes • Support pod efficiency reporting and performance monitoring • Lead or assist with onboarding and platform training • Share recurring client issues, trends, and actionable insights with Product, Operations, and Leadership • Meet or exceed client satisfaction, service efficiency, milestone, and retention KPIs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in a client-facing or account management role • Experience coordinating services across multiple departments or specialties • Understanding of SaaS products, accounting, tax, payroll, or related services is a plus • Experience working in fast-paced SMB environments is strongly preferred • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred • Bachelor's degree is a plus • Exceptional verbal and written communication • Ability to explain technical or service-specific information clearly to clients • Strong interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships • Strong organization and attention to detail • Ability to track multiple service workflows • Ability to facilitate handoffs across internal teams • Problem-solving and client advocacy skills • Excellent time management and multitasking skills • Familiarity with company tools, services, and client workflows • Ability to educate clients on tool usage and platform adoption • Comfort interpreting bookkeeping, tax, or payroll progress at a high level • Ability to identify service gaps and evolving client needs • Ability to work increased workloads during tax seasons and peak periods • Must work an available East Coast or West Coast schedule • Must use a personal computer; company does not provide equipment • Must be prepared for overtime when pre-approved • Must be eligible to work in one of AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, or WA
