📋 Description

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects • Deliver visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services • Use a consultative and empathetic sales approach • Strategically manage client relationships • Provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle • Master the CRM system and other sales tools • Efficiently manage pipeline and client information • Perform other duties as assigned • Help small business owners access affordable tax and accounting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of sales experience • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • Excellent time management skills • Comfortable and adaptable with new technology • Collaborative team player open to coaching and mentorship • Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket items is nice to have • Must be authorized to work in the United States • No visa sponsorship provided • Must provide own equipment and work in a designated home office • Quad-Core CPU • Minimum 16GB RAM • Minimum 25 Mbps download internet speed • Minimum 5 Mbps upload internet speed • Windows or Mac operating system; no Linux • Second monitor, webcam, and headset required
