📋 Description

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects • Deliver visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet • Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services • Use a consultative and empathetic sales approach • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle • Use the CRM system and other sales tools to manage the pipeline and client information efficiently • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of sales experience • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Skilled at building trust and rapport with clients via phone and video calls • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented • Excellent time management skills • Comfortable and adaptable with new technology • Collaborative team player open to coaching and mentorship • Experience closing a high volume of high-ticket items is nice to have • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must work from an approved state: AL, AZ, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, or UT • Must work standard operating hours of 9:00am-5:30pm EST • Must provide own equipment and work in a designated home office • Quad-Core CPU • Minimum 16GB RAM • Minimum 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload internet • Windows or Mac operating system; no Linux • Second monitor, webcam, and headset required • Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted • No visa sponsorship available
