📋 Description

• Help set and support strategic direction for the team • Drive alignment and be responsible for the results of the team • Collaborate with senior individual contributors to create an engaging technical vision • Work with cross-functional partners to define the best solutions • Drive execution with an emphasis on iterations and deliverables • Provide technical leadership to developers • Coach individual contributors to help them reach their full potential • Recruit and retain strong contributors in a dynamic environment • Continue scaling a highly specialized engineering team

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience managing a team of engineers and owning and operating a service • Deep experience with cloud native infrastructure and backend technologies • The ability to create and maintain a positive, healthy team environment • Capable of driving the delivery of projects • Experience managing a remote team
