📋 Description

• Build and ship new features, product improvements, and bug fixes within the team’s codebase • Own delivery of small-to-medium scoped projects with minimal oversight • Participate in planning, implementation, testing, release, and post-launch support • Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to testing strategies and practices • Document work clearly and share context for review and support • Provide thoughtful code reviews to improve quality and reinforce best practices • Collaborate with customer support and other partners to investigate issues and prioritize customer feedback • Contribute to 1Password’s User Lifecycle team, reducing setup friction and helping users understand product value

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Go, Rust, or TypeScript • Solid working knowledge of tools and technologies needed to complete tasks independently • Experience building smooth user-facing features • Comfort navigating an existing codebase and reusing established patterns • Quality mindset focused on testing, maintainability, and clarity in code and documentation • Experience building and shipping iOS features, particularly with Swift and Apple’s SDKs, is a bonus • Experience supporting production systems and participating in on-call or incident response rotations is a bonus • Familiarity with developer workflows, tooling, CI/CD, testing, and documentation is a bonus • Must already be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada; 1Password does not offer work authorization, relocation assistance, or visa sponsorship/transferring • Successful applicants must complete a background check
