📋 Description

• Design and execute training strategies tailored for major North American carrier and retail partners • Build and maintain interactive, mobile-first learning modules using SCORM authoring tools • Integrate generative AI tools into workflows to accelerate content development, automate administrative tasks, and personalize learning paths • Produce micro-learning sessions and short-form video content for retail sales associates • Conduct virtual training webinars and in-person sessions • Communicate complex technical features and consultative selling techniques • Conduct field observations and use data-driven insights to identify improvement areas • Report findings to the Training Manager and Sales Leadership • Create and maintain sales resources, including playbooks, scripts, and digital collateral • Travel extensively across North America for field observations and partner events

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful training and enablement experience • Experience preferably within direct marketing, telecommunications, or consumer technology sectors • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field • Proven proficiency designing interactive training materials using SCORM-compliant tools, including Articulate 360, Rise, and Evolve • Curriculum design focused on adult learning principles • Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and AI video/audio editors • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, including Slides, Docs, and Sheets • Impeccable oral, verbal, and written communication skills • Ability to deliver high-energy presentations to diverse audiences • Ability to stage a consultative selling process connecting complex product features with consumer needs • Ability to overcome common retail objections • Ability to travel extensively across the North American region for field observations and partner events
