📋 Description

• Lead and empower a team of District Managers across a designated region • Develop and implement regional strategies aligned with the Intel Program’s vision • Coach and mentor District Managers to build high-performing teams supporting retailers and consumers • Champion innovative uses of Intel products in retail • Drive adoption of cutting-edge Intel solutions and experiences • Analyze regional data, including sales KPIs, customer satisfaction scores, and program training results • Identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies • Foster equitable access to Intel products and technology integration • Build relationships with retail regional and district leadership • Tailor program offerings to specific retailer needs and trends

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in retail, ideally focusing on technology integration • Proven track record of improving sales outcomes through training and driving program effectiveness • Strategic thinking and planning skills, translating vision into actionable regional strategies • Coaching and mentoring ability • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Data-driven sales leadership and ability to analyze insights • Deep understanding of the retail landscape, business trends, and emerging technologies • Experience managing multiple teams or regions within the retail sector preferred • Understanding of the unique needs and challenges of different retailers preferred • Experience with professional development and training programs for the retail landscape preferred
