📋 Description

• Evaluate legal analyses for accuracy, completeness, and logical consistency • Assess application of statutes, precedent, and legal principles to factual scenarios • Identify unsupported conclusions, incorrect legal reasoning, material omissions, and gaps in issue spotting • Review civil and criminal litigation scenarios, case analyses, litigation strategies, and procedural recommendations • Assess litigation strengths, weaknesses, risks, alternative approaches, and professional defensibility • Evaluate legal memoranda, agreements, pleadings, correspondence, contracts, and other professional documents • Assess drafting clarity, precision, structure, legal effectiveness, contractual obligations, risks, and proposed revisions • Review statutory interpretation, judicial precedent, and supporting legal authorities • Evaluate client recommendations for responsiveness, missing risks, practical considerations, clarity, usefulness, and credibility • Compare alternative legal responses and analyses • Provide concise, evidence-based written feedback and apply evaluation standards consistently

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional legal experience • Experience as an Attorney, Lawyer, Counsel, General Counsel, Prosecutor, or closely related legal practitioner • Experience representing clients in civil and/or criminal proceedings • Strong experience drafting legal documents or advising on legal transactions • Practical understanding of litigation strategy, statutory interpretation, legal research, and client advisory work • Ability to assess legal arguments, precedent application, and drafting quality • Strong analytical judgement and attention to legal detail • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback • Availability of 20+ hours per week • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, law firm, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
