📋 Description

• Review legal work involving employment-based and business immigration matters • Assess legal analysis for accuracy, completeness, and practical usefulness • Evaluate whether proposed approaches appropriately reflect applicable immigration requirements • Identify substantive legal errors, omissions, or unsupported conclusions • Apply practical judgement grounded in business immigration practice • Review matters involving L-1B specialised-knowledge classifications • Assess supporting facts, eligibility arguments, and documentation • Review matters involving blanket L visa eligibility • Evaluate organisational and employee eligibility considerations • Review L-1B blanket consular processing packets • Assess supporting documentation and legal presentation • Read a synthetic business immigration matter and its underlying documents • Review six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F • Complete five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Select stronger responses based on substantive legal quality • Provide a short, specific rationale for every preference decision • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive professional experience in business immigration law • Strong experience with L-1B visa matters • Strong experience with specialised-knowledge analysis • Strong experience with blanket L eligibility • Strong experience with consular processing • Strong experience with business immigration petition review • Able to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Strong immigration-law analytical skills • Precise written English • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Able to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • All project work is subject to NDA and confidentiality requirements • External AI tools must not be used on project materials • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
