📋 Description

• Review completed AI-generated clinical, healthcare operations, and medical administrative work products • Examine task instructions, supporting files, deliverables, and evaluation results • Assess whether outputs reflect authentic US healthcare practice and genuine workflows • Identify substantive clinical, operational, regulatory, administrative, privacy, documentation, billing, and compliance issues • Evaluate task realism, terminology, constraints, expected deliverables, and relevant clinical, payer, and regulatory requirements • Review clinical documentation and professional reasoning within the reviewer’s area of expertise • Assess healthcare practice, clinic, department, scheduling, patient-access, billing, staffing, budget, and administrative workflows • Evaluate compliance with HIPAA, CMS, payer, and other relevant US healthcare requirements • Review existing yes/no grading decisions and determine whether they are supported by evidence • Assess overall work-product quality and assign an appropriate quality band • Compare professional judgement with reported evaluation scores and identify inaccurate scoring • Provide concise written rationales explaining clinical, regulatory, operational, and administrative judgements • Maintain consistency and attention to detail across reviews • Complete approximately one hour of review work per item

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced US healthcare professional in nursing, clinical operations, practice management, patient access, health information management, scheduling, billing, or medical administration • Registered Nursing: Active US Registered Nurse licence; 5+ years of post-licensure bedside-care experience; strong practical understanding of clinical workflows and documentation; charge nurse or preceptor experience particularly valuable • Nurse Practitioner: Board-certified Nurse Practitioner; 3+ years managing own patient panel; hands-on responsibility for patient assessment, treatment, and clinical documentation; strong understanding of outpatient or clinical practice • Medical & Health Services Management: 5+ years as a practice manager, clinic administrator, department director, or comparable healthcare leader; hands-on responsibility for a clinical budget; experience managing healthcare operations, staffing, workflows, or service delivery; understanding of clinical and administrative performance • Patient Access, HIM, Scheduling & Billing Supervision: 4+ years of supervisory experience within a clinical setting; relevant patient access, health information management, scheduling, or billing experience; hands-on responsibility for staff performance and operational workflows; strong understanding of healthcare administrative procedures • Medical Administration: 4+ years as a medical secretary, medical administrative assistant, or comparable professional; hands-on scheduling, clinical correspondence, and medical records experience; experience in a medical practice or hospital department; strong knowledge of healthcare administrative workflows • Strong hands-on delivery experience within the US healthcare system • Near-native business English • Ability to provide concise written explanations for professional judgements • Comfortable reviewing spreadsheets, PDFs, and healthcare-related professional documents • Able to verify figures and internal consistency where relevant • Experience auditing charts, training or precepting colleagues, participating in surveys, or reviewing others’ professional work is particularly valuable • Experience primarily advising healthcare organizations without owning the underlying work is less aligned • Experience outside the US healthcare system alone may not provide sufficient exposure to HIPAA, CMS, payer, and other US-specific requirements • Must complete the first assignment independently and unaided • Must work without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable
