📋 Description

• Design complex technical scenarios across machine learning, statistical analysis, experimentation, data infrastructure, business intelligence, MLOps, and data strategy • Develop reference outputs and analyses demonstrating expert technical judgement • Create evaluation rubrics distinguishing experienced data science reasoning from generic responses • Review AI-generated outputs for statistical accuracy, technical quality, and practical relevance • Identify analytical errors, unsupported conclusions, methodological issues, bias, leakage, data-quality problems, and operational risks • Evaluate modelling approaches, experimental designs, metrics, sampling, statistical conclusions, data architectures, pipelines, dashboards, and production ML systems • Produce executive-level analyses, recommendations, technical documentation, and written rationales for evaluation decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, machine learning engineering, or a closely related field • Experience as a Data Scientist, Analytics Lead, Machine Learning Engineer, or comparable technical professional • Direct ownership of production machine learning systems, analytics initiatives, data products, or large-scale analytical projects • Strong proficiency in Python or R and SQL • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI, MLflow, or comparable technologies • Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise business-intelligence tools • Strong understanding of statistical modelling, experimentation, A/B testing, model validation, and causal inference • Practical experience with data pipelines, MLOps, data governance, and production analytics • Ability to communicate complex technical and analytical reasoning clearly and precisely in writing • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
