📋 Description

• Review realistic finance and real estate legal matters • Compare six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F against a common comparator output • Complete five head-to-head comparisons • Assess work products for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Review secured lending and credit facility matters, including credit agreement markups, financing terms, protections, covenants, conditions, and documentation • Review project finance credit agreements and transaction materials, including financing structures, contractual provisions, risk allocation, and project-specific considerations • Evaluate structured finance / RMBS matters, closing exceptions, transaction documentation, and closing-related analysis • Review commercial real estate agreements and transaction materials, including rights, obligations, risk allocation, omissions, and drafting weaknesses • Review tenant-favourable commercial leases involving occupancy, economics, risk allocation, and operational rights • Review mixed-use development agreements, including development obligations, rights, dependencies, and commercial arrangements • Identify material legal errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and commercially significant weaknesses • Provide structured preference decisions and concise written reasoning • Explain legal and commercial considerations supporting each judgement • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer • Substantive professional experience in finance, commercial real estate, or related transactional practice • Strong experience in one or more of: senior secured credit facilities, project finance, structured finance / RMBS, commercial leasing, or mixed-use development agreements • Strong transactional legal analysis skills • Ability to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Precise written English • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Ability to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • External AI tools must not be used on project materials • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
