📋 Description

• Review realistic regulatory and healthcare legal matters • Compare six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F against a common comparator output • Complete five head-to-head comparisons • Assess legal work products for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Review regulatory compliance programmes, internal controls, and Investment Advisers Act Rule 206(4)-7 compliance • Evaluate healthcare, pharmaceutical, and clinical data privacy matters under HIPAA and applicable state privacy laws • Assess healthcare regulatory and provider, pharmaceutical, and healthcare-sector compliance matters • Review DOJ False Claims Act Civil Investigative Demands, response strategies, documentation, exposure, and investigative considerations • Evaluate Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law matters, including financial relationships, referral arrangements, restrictions, and exceptions • Review ESG and sustainability disclosure obligations and proposed legal analysis • Identify substantive errors, omissions, unsupported interpretations, and misleading recommendations • Provide concise, specific written rationales for preference decisions in precise professional English • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive professional experience in regulatory law, healthcare law, privacy, or compliance • Strong experience in one or more of: Investment adviser compliance; Rule 206(4)-7 compliance programmes; HIPAA and healthcare data privacy; state privacy law; ESG and sustainability disclosure; False Claims Act investigations; Anti-Kickback Statute analysis; Stark Law • Able to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Strong regulatory and legal analytical skills • Precise written English • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Able to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • All project work subject to NDA and confidentiality requirements • External AI tools must not be used on project materials • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
