📋 Description

• Review realistic international arbitration matters and legal work products • Assess legal reasoning, procedural analysis, strategic recommendations, completeness, and practical usefulness • Identify substantive legal errors, omissions, unsupported conclusions, inconsistencies, and compliance concerns • Evaluate complex cross-border disputes, jurisdictional, procedural, and enforcement considerations • Review recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards • Assess sanctions and export-control restrictions intersecting with disputes • Evaluate emergency measures and interim relief, including urgency, remedies, and practical considerations • Review six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F • Complete five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Select stronger responses based on substantive legal quality • Provide concise, specific written reasoning for every preference decision • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with substantive professional experience in international disputes • Strong experience in one or more of: international arbitration, arbitral award enforcement, cross-border disputes, sanctions, export controls, emergency or interim relief • Strong legal analytical skills • Precise written English • Ability to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Ability to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • Must comply with NDA and confidentiality requirements • External AI tools must not be used on project materials • Must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
