📋 Description

• Review commercial agreements and contract-related materials for clarity, consistency, and completeness • Assess contractual provisions, obligations, responsibilities, and commercial considerations • Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or unclear terms • Evaluate whether contract-related recommendations are logically supported • Review legal and compliance-related documents and professional materials • Assess whether legal considerations are accurately and clearly presented • Identify gaps, unsupported conclusions, or inconsistencies • Evaluate compliance-related recommendations for relevance and practical applicability • Evaluate legal materials within broader commercial and operational contexts • Assess whether recommendations account for business objectives and constraints • Review professional documents for accuracy, completeness, and organisation • Assess legal and commercial analyses for clarity and internal consistency • Review Excel spreadsheets, calculations, tables, assumptions, and quantitative materials • Review PowerPoint presentations for accuracy, structure, messaging, and professional quality • Assess assigned work products against defined quality standards • Identify substantive legal, contractual, compliance, analytical, and presentation issues • Provide clear, concise, and actionable written feedback • Apply evaluation criteria consistently across assignments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in legal affairs, commercial contracts, compliance, in-house legal work, or a closely related field • Experience as a Legal Counsel, Commercial Lawyer, Contract Specialist, Compliance Officer, In-House Counsel, or similar professional • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, legal analysis, and/or compliance matters • Strong analytical and document-review skills • Strong written communication skills • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines • Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Comfortable reviewing varied legal and commercial work products • Able to work independently and provide precise professional feedback • Applicants must be based in the United States, Europe, United Kingdom, or Canada • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
