📋 Description

• Review realistic legal matters and supporting source documents within the reviewer’s own practice area • Assess legal analysis for substantive accuracy, completeness, and professional quality • Identify material errors, omissions, unsupported conclusions, or weaknesses in legal judgement • Evaluate sanctions and export-control restrictions, licensing considerations, and compliance implications where applicable • Review structured finance and securitisation transactions, documentation, legal analysis, and risk allocation where applicable • Review life sciences and pharmaceutical regulatory matters where applicable • Read synthetic legal matters and underlying documents • Review six blinded legal deliverables labelled A–F • Complete five head-to-head comparisons against a common comparator output • Select stronger responses based on substantive legal quality • Provide short, specific written rationales for preference decisions • Follow project instructions and evaluation criteria consistently

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with deep, current professional experience in at least one of: sanctions and export controls; structured finance and securitisation; life sciences and pharmaceutical regulatory law • Strong specialist legal analysis and professional judgement • Ability to evaluate legal work holistically for correctness, completeness, judgement, and practical usefulness • Precise written English • Comfortable comparing competing legal approaches and explaining preference decisions • Ability to work independently against detailed written instructions and deadlines • External AI tools must not be used on project materials • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
