📋 Description

• Review, annotate, and evaluate outpatient clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and clinical soundness • Review outpatient clinical notes, encounter summaries, and EHR documentation • Assess whether notes reflect what a practising primary care physician would reasonably document • Identify missing, unsupported, hallucinated, inaccurate, incomplete, or clinically inappropriate content • Evaluate clinical reasoning, documentation quality, patient-encounter representation, and potential patient-safety issues • Annotate outpatient encounter data according to detailed project guidelines • Categorise documentation issues and clinical discrepancies • Provide structured, concise, and actionable written feedback • Apply primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine expertise to realistic outpatient cases • Evaluate multilingual healthcare documentation for linguistic accuracy and clinical meaning • Provide expert input on annotation guidelines and clinical documentation standards • Identify ambiguous instructions and edge cases and contribute to quality standards • Communicate findings to technical and product stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• MD • 2+ years of post-residency experience • Currently practising primary care, family medicine, or general internal medicine • US-based • Direct current or recent experience writing outpatient clinical notes • Advanced proficiency in English • C1-level or higher speaking, listening, and writing proficiency in at least one additional language: Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese, Tagalog, Russian, Haitian Creole, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese, Polish, Japanese, Turkish, Italian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Finnish, French, Danish, Catalan, Hungarian, Czech, German, Bulgarian, Indonesian, or Dutch • Minimum availability of 10 hours per week • Familiarity with Epic is advantageous • Experience with clinical documentation quality review, note auditing, or CDI is preferred • Previous clinical annotation or model-evaluation experience is advantageous • Experience documenting patient care in a language other than English is preferred • Must not use confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, healthcare organisation, institution, patient, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable
