📋 Description

• Evaluate clinical assessments for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate interpretation of patient information • Review differential diagnoses and diagnostic reasoning across acute, episodic, and chronic conditions • Identify overlooked clinical findings, unsupported conclusions, and inappropriate diagnostic assumptions • Assess whether proposed diagnoses are consistent with available history, symptoms, examination findings, and test results • Review treatment plans for clinical appropriateness and feasibility • Evaluate interventions, sequencing, follow-up, monitoring, escalation recommendations, contraindications, and treatment choices • Evaluate medication selection, dosing considerations, monitoring, treatment adjustments, contraindications, interactions, and prescribing decisions • Review patient education materials for accuracy, clarity, and clinical usefulness • Evaluate communication involving medication use, follow-up, warning signs, and self-management • Assess clinical recommendations against established standards of care and relevant clinical guidance • Compare alternative clinical responses or care approaches based on clinical reasoning, guideline adherence, and diagnostic soundness • Provide clear reasoning supporting evaluation decisions • Review clinical work products for accuracy and professional quality • Identify substantive diagnostic, treatment, medication, and communication weaknesses • Provide concise, evidence-based written feedback • Apply evaluation standards consistently across assignments while maintaining attention to patient-care context and clinical detail

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience as a Nurse Practitioner or closely related advanced practice nursing professional • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP), Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP), or similar advanced practice clinician • Active RN licensure with specialised graduate education in nursing • Demonstrated experience diagnosing and treating acute, episodic, or chronic illness • Strong experience with clinical assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education • Ability to evaluate diagnostic reasoning and clinical recommendations critically • Strong understanding of evidence-based care and clinical practice standards • Strong written English communication skills • Ability to work independently and provide precise professional feedback • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, patient, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
