📋 Description

• Review AI-generated clinical scenarios involving nursing and medication-safety workflows • Assess medication-related decisions against the patient's complete medication history and administration timeline • Review active medication lists before evaluating administration decisions • Assess drug interactions and medication-safety concerns using Lexidrug or Lexicomp • Determine when medication holds and escalation to pharmacy or prescribing clinicians are required • Evaluate medication reconciliation across admission, transfer, and discharge workflows • Identify discrepancies between home medications, brought-from-home medications, and active orders • Evaluate administration timing, sequencing, and medication history • Assess adverse-reaction patterns and determine appropriate clinical escalation • Distinguish nursing-scope issues from those requiring pharmacy or prescriber involvement • Verify clinician notification and documentation of escalation • Evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and clinical support of nursing actions • Identify incomplete workflows and provide written assessments explaining errors, omissions, and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional nursing experience • Current or recent hands-on use of Lexidrug or Lexicomp, typically weekly or more • RN licence in good standing required • Strong experience with medication administration and medication-safety workflows • Knowledge of drug interactions, medication reconciliation, and adverse-reaction monitoring • Experience determining when medication-related concerns require escalation • Ability to review complete clinical records and medication histories • Strong professional judgment, attention to detail, and written communication skills • Inpatient or acute-care nursing experience strongly preferred • Experience with Trissel's IV Compatibility is a plus • Knowledge of Y-site and syringe compatibility and multi-infusion line management is a plus • Experience administering high-alert medications is a plus • Familiarity with paediatric or weight-based medication administration is a plus • Experience with geriatric medication precautions and Beers Criteria-relevant medications is a plus • Background in ICU, oncology, paediatrics, geriatrics, or another speciality setting is a plus • Experience providing medication-related discharge education is a plus • Familiarity with Drug I.D. during medication reconciliation is a plus • Prior data annotation, structured review, or AI evaluation experience is a plus
