• Provide inbound customer service support for client-specific inquiries. • Assist with account issues, fraud resolution, and general support. • Deliver accurate, confidential service and meet performance benchmarks. • Attend certification training and maintain service quality standards.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have a computer with folllowing: Windows 10 or 11 PC with Intel i5+ or AMD Ryzen 3+, 8 GB RAM. • Hardwired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi). • USB headset with phone-quality audio. • Hardwired keyboard and mouse. • Smartphone for security verification. • Hardwired telephone may be required for some programs.
