📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and manage the overall project plan, timeline, milestones, and dependencies • Coordinate activities across the client team, 33Floors consultants, and other project stakeholders • Facilitate regular project meetings and follow up on decisions and action items • Track project deliverables, open items, risks, issues, and dependencies • Identify potential delays or project risks and escalate them appropriately • Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, priorities, and outstanding items • Coordinate data migration activities and associated timelines during the early project phases • Help align client and consulting resources on responsibilities and deadlines • Monitor progress against implementation milestones and communicate changes or concerns • Coordinate configuration, data conversion, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare activities • Provide project status updates to client and internal stakeholders • Maintain momentum and accountability across a distributed project team • Support change management and communication activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated project management experience supporting or leading mid-to-large ERP or enterprise software implementations • Demonstrated experience managing complex software implementation projects from planning through go-live and post-launch support • Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle stages • Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deliverables, and dependencies • Strong project planning, organization, documentation, and follow-through skills • Ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a consulting environment with limited day-to-day supervision • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders • Availability for meetings and project activities during Pacific Time business hours • Yardi implementation experience strongly preferred • Experience with Yardi Voyager or other Yardi products preferred • Experience implementing ERP or enterprise software within the real estate industry preferred • Previous consulting or professional services experience preferred • Experience managing data migration, system configuration, testing, and go-live activities preferred • PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certification preferred • Sufficient availability for scheduled client and project-team meetings during Pacific Time business hours
