📋 Description

• Lead global SAP, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time, WFS, or Payroll implementations from kickoff to go-live and support • Manage multiple project workstreams concurrently across different regions and time zones • Direct project teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders • Control project budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management plans • Report project health, milestones, and roadblocks directly to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Lead at least 5+ full lifecycle global implementations of SAP, SAP SuccessFactors EC Time, WFS, or Payroll • 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT program management • Proven track record of delivering a minimum of 5 full lifecycle implementations of SAP and/or WFS / Time and Payroll systems • Deep hands-on experience managing concurrent, cross-functional workstreams in multinational environments • Strong knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management business processes • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at the C-suite level • PMP, Agile, or equivalent program management certification preferred
