• Source and tailor a three-tier business capability model • Assess current-state processes and the operating model • Identify process and operating-model pain points • Translate findings into business requirements • Develop demo scripts and vendor evaluation criteria • Establish end-to-end traceability • Provide on-call support • Handle non-project work and enhancements
🎯 Requirements
