📋 Description

• Support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Gather and translate business requirements into D365 functional and technical solutions • Configure and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 functionality based on business requirements • Partner with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle • Support testing, issue resolution, deployment, and production readiness activities • Assist with data migration, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation • Support user access and security, including roles, permissions, and access-related troubleshooting • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and platform utilization • Develop and maintain appropriate functional and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) • Experience supporting Dynamics 365 implementations, enhancements, or enterprise projects • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must be located in the United States • Experience with Dynamics 365 data migrations preferred • Experience managing or configuring D365 security roles, permissions, and user access preferred • Experience with integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications preferred • Experience working in complex enterprise environments preferred • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
