📋 Description

• Lead organizational change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training development, and adoption measurement • Conduct current-state assessments and develop future-state operating models • Work within utility operations and business processes, including control room operations, SCADA/EMS systems, and grid operations • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex, matrixed organization • Facilitate discussions and deliver executive-level presentations

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in organizational change management, business process transformation, or operational consulting, with significant utility or energy sector experience • Demonstrated experience in NERC-regulated utility environments • Understanding of reliability standards, compliance obligations, and operational governance • Familiarity with government-owned or government-controlled utility governance and operational requirements • Experience leading OCM initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training development, and adoption measurement • Deep expertise in utility operations and business processes, including control room operations, SCADA/EMS systems, or grid operations • Experience conducting current-state assessments and developing future-state operating models • Strong facilitation, communication, and executive-level presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex, matrixed organization • Must be able to obtain and pass required background screening, including applicable government/utility security clearance requirements
