📋 Description

• Provide dedicated pre-production operational support for the Enterprise Loyalty implementation team as new capabilities are built and onboarded • Coordinate day-to-day client testing activities • Analyze inbound and outbound files to determine whether issues originate from client configuration or internal systems • Document findings through resolution • Develop and maintain internal support documentation and client-facing implementation guides • Attend implementation team standups and stay aligned with ongoing development work • Provide operational support to the Client Data & Platform Rules Product Owner and broader Support organization • Partner with QA on testing, validation, and issue triage • Establish repeatable testing, validation, troubleshooting, and issue-triage processes • Serve as the operational point of contact during client testing and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Enterprise Business Analyst • Ability to provide pre-production operational support for enterprise loyalty implementations • Ability to coordinate client testing activities • Ability to analyze inbound and outbound files • Ability to distinguish client configuration issues from internal system issues • Ability to create internal support documentation and client-facing implementation guides • Experience or ability to collaborate with QA on testing, validation, and issue triage • Ability to establish repeatable testing, troubleshooting, and operational processes • Ability to attend implementation team standups and stay current with development work
