📋 Description

• Grow the 3i community in Los Angeles through new member acquisition • Source introductions from members, conduct membership conversations, and guide prospective members through references and invitation • Own onboarding so new members access the platform, events, and member connections quickly • Ensure members receive value through relevant deals, events, and meaningful introductions • Conduct prepared quarterly conversations with every member recruited • Partner with the investment team to match members with relevant deals • Identify event themes, curate attendees, and host dinners and larger events in Los Angeles • Log every conversation in HubSpot and record every call on Gong • Report to the Executive Director for the region

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role, ideally while carrying a quota • Experience with sophisticated buyers helps but is not required • Comfortable asking members for introductions and prospective members to join • Willingness to be coached and act on specific, direct feedback • Internally motivated and self-directed • Curious and takes notes; asks probing follow-up questions • Credible with accomplished people • Executive presence is required • Moves with urgency and accepts high standards
