📋 Description

• Manage and/or support federal partner relationships and programs between Federal Market Solutions and government customers and vendors • Manage the HIS Oracle relationship and contract spanning FMS, RevCycle, and GAMN businesses • Identify growth, strategic alignment, and risk-management opportunities • Manage the FMS and RHSP Optimization Program using AI and automation • Oversee FMS milestones to ensure revenue generation and risk identification and adjudication • Manage RHSP P&L, associated contracts, and revenue opportunities • Manage federal contracts supporting FMS development and training, including the Kreative contract and aligned personnel • Develop proposals to win future government awards, including firm-fixed-price and milestone-based contracts • Implement project-management controls for financial, schedule, deliverable, staffing, and quality-assurance requirements • Apply P&L concepts to government initiatives and products and recommend short- and long-term development strategies • Perform ad hoc tasks supporting Solventum Federal Market Solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 8 years of Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare • OR High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of Federal Program Management experience in Federal Sector Healthcare • Must be able to pass a Government background check for a position of T3/T5 Public Trust • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • Master’s degree in business discipline, management or healthcare administration preferred • Experience briefing executive-level personnel • Experience working within DoD and/or VA healthcare environments • Direct responsibility for project or program management activities, Revenue Cycle, Electronic Health Record Modernization Program, or similar programs/projects • Ability to multitask and handle large and sometimes complex workloads under time constraints
