📋 Description

• Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division • Implement sales programs, plans and policies agreed upon with the direct supervisor • Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns for effective and productive sales activity • Support St. Paul and regional programs and initiatives • Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems • Track all activities in 3M CRM tool • Drive a company vehicle • Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards • Follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with one (1) year sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience • OR High School Diploma/GED with two (2) or more years of Sales experience • Current, valid Driver’s License • Financial acumen • Technical expertise and Automotive industry knowledge • Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
