📋 Description

• Make outbound calls from qualified leads to Medicare-eligible customers interested in different plan options • Assist customers in transferring to a licensed sales agent for their area • Ask required questions according to the script • Utilize rebuttals to overcome caller objections • Explain the benefits of plan options during open enrollment • Meet transfer targets • Appropriately disposition each call • Manage inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence • Use web-based tools to resolve inquiries and support a positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience • Must be 18 years of age or older • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute • Comfortable with desktop computer systems • General knowledge of Windows-based systems • Dedicated workspace near the router for a hardwired Ethernet connection • Minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload • ISP latency under 50ms • Internet connection cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN • Proof of internet speed required • Weekend availability required • Sales background preferred but not required • Customer service and/or sales experience preferred • College degree preferred but not required
