📋 Description

• Attend a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager • Begin the sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials • Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs • Walk through customers' homes to assess opportunities • Educate customers on products and services • Follow sales training to assist residential customers with home organizational needs • Close deals and sell requested products • Help homeowners transform spaces with custom organizing systems • Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales

🎯 Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed • Coachable candidate • Growth mindset • Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training • Reliable access to a motor vehicle • Valid driver's license • Auto insurance • Ability to enter residential homes • Ability to provide closet design recommendations and complete the sale
