📋 Description

• Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company • Ensure collaborative and efficient teamwork to deliver high-quality products • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering team progress • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products or solutions on time • Ensure teams follow the Scrum framework and Agile principles • Coach and mentor junior team members

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Practical knowledge of agile frameworks and techniques • Deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends • Proficiency in facilitating agile events and coaching teams • Leadership qualities to guide and mentor junior team members • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities • Experience with agile planning and development tools such as Jira and Confluence • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to build collaborative relationships and resolve conflicts • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • CSP, PMI-ACP, A-CSM, or equivalent certification • Ability to facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes • Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies • Ability to identify and troubleshoot obstacles • Ability to track KPIs and communicate project status, risks, and issues • Ability to ensure adherence to Scrum and Agile principles
