📋 Description

• Develop and adapt 4AIR’s aviation sustainability program to help customers optimize their 4AIR commitment • Integrate voluntary and regulatory compliance and reporting needs • Ensure full life-cycle accounting for programs • Assist with client carbon footprints, sustainability documentation, and regulatory and voluntary emissions reports • Build customer relationships, understand needs, and educate customers about programs and services • Act as a point of contact for prospects and explain 4AIR services • Ensure customer deliverables and inquiries are addressed on time • Prepare presentations and reporting templates • Calculate carbon and other environmental footprints using company tools • Assist with client onboarding, recurring sends, Q&A, and action/status logging in CRM and project tools • Guide new strategic offerings and execute implementation in the industry • Research emerging policy developments, grant opportunities, and best practices; communicate impacts and guidance to the company and customers • Create educational materials and customer guidance on sustainability concepts, trends, policy, and accounting guidance • Support client data collection and carbon-footprint calculations • Represent 4AIR at trade conferences and communicate with potential and existing customers • Support development of carbon and non-carbon reporting mechanisms and processes • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (VBA not required) • 1–4 years’ experience in aviation, sustainability, data/analytics, or customer support • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote, small-team environment • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Customer-oriented mindset; anticipates needs and follows through • Comfortable cleaning, checking, and reconciling flight activity data • Ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate flexibility, and work with a sense of urgency • Ability to collaborate across regulatory, commercial, and data/technology teams • Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills • Proficiency across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem • Strong general data-management skills and ability to learn new platforms quickly • Task tracking, versioning, and file hygiene skills • Bachelor’s or Master’s in business, accounting, sustainability, aviation, or a related field (desired) • Working knowledge of the business aircraft industry, products, and services (desired) • Understanding of flight data analytics (desired) • Pilot license or aviation operations exposure (nice to have, not required)
