📋 Description

• Evaluate training program effectiveness and implement enhancements to improve engagement, learning, and retention • Ensure training materials and programs remain current, accurate, and effective • Maintain knowledge of instructional design and training methods, tools, and techniques • Work with subject matter experts and item bank/exam content management systems to generate statistical data and report on training and content development activities • Implement training methods for varied audiences • Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions • Ensure training milestones and goals are met within the approved training budget • Foster a team-oriented environment and maintain relationships with department and division staff • Maintain and follow ANSI processes and procedures for organizational accreditation • Partner with internal and external audiences, cross-divisional stakeholders, and subject matter experts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Certification or equivalent in Education/Training, Instructional Design or a related field • Minimum two years’ experience with training various audiences, both virtually and in-person • Minimum one year of experience working in an education or assessment-related organization preferred • Strong background in instructional design and adult learning theory • Skill in writing concise, logical, grammatically correct communications and training documents • Strong facilitation skills across varied situations and delivery modes • Ability to leverage data to create meaningful insight • Ability to inspire and motivate staff and volunteers • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions • Skill with instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline/360 and other e-learning tools • Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and project management tools, including Asana desired • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems • Proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook • Leadership, flexibility, collaboration, organizational, attention-to-detail, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of strategies for assessing customer experience • Evening/weekend work and travel will be required
