📋 Description

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Supply Planning processes and procedures within the RealTruck S&OP process • Develop and maintain rough-cut capacity planning and network capacity analyses at value stream, plant, and subgroup levels • Identify constraints, capacity gaps, and opportunities to align supply with demand • Analyze and refresh manufacturing value streams and manufacturing flow based on demand characteristics • Support production planning and scheduling by analyzing production requirements, inventory positions, capacity constraints, and demand priorities • Participate in recurring production and supply planning reviews, highlighting risks, plan deviations, and potential solutions • Develop, maintain, and analyze Supply Chain dashboards and KPIs, including Schedule Adherence/Attainment, On-Time Delivery, Fill Rate, inventory levels, and days of supply • Analyze planning rates and assumptions, including hours per unit, production rates, efficiencies, and demonstrated versus planned capacity • Recommend updates to planning rates and assumptions where appropriate • Develop and maintain statistical inventory models to set target finished goods and raw material inventory levels • Support finished goods and component inventory policies, including safety stock, stocking strategies, replenishment parameters, economic order quantities, and Kanban sizing • Partner with cross-functional teams to investigate supply, inventory, and capacity issues • Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or a similarly analytical discipline is required • 2-5+ years of related experience in Supply Chain or Operational Finance required • Expertise in Demand Planning/Supply Planning • Versed with best-in-class ERP/MRP systems, including use, calibration, and setting of parameters • Experience with Excel and Access • Ability to effectively present information to top management • Ability to analyze and communicate numerical data utilizing analysis capabilities • Ability to work cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, and finance • No required licenses • Ability to perform sedentary work, including sitting most of the time and occasionally walking and standing • Ability to talk and hear • Close visual acuity for preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing computer terminals, reading, inspection, measurement, and assembly activities
