📋 Description

• Review credit applications and pull credit reports • Request trade references, financial statements, and other information for credit decisions • Review existing customer credit files and evaluate financial statements, account history, competitor analysis, personal guaranties, and letters of credit • Communicate with customers to understand their businesses, request information, negotiate, and provide options • Communicate credit review results and guidance to internal teams • Review custom orders, determine deposits and terms, and maintain custom order logs • Monitor and report on specific customers and customer segments • Maintain customer account information in SanMar databases • Perform other assigned duties • Comply with all policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related credit or accounts receivable experience or equivalent education • Experience in risk management and decision-making • High competency with computer and software applications • Excellent communication skills • Excellent time management and organization skills • Strong negotiating skills • Ability to communicate effectively with diplomacy and tact • Ability and willingness to learn • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work as part of a team and be self-directed with minimal supervision • Approachable and flexible, with ability to change directions quickly and positively • Ability to work standard hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST • Ability to perform extended computer work and occasional physical activities, including lifting/moving up to 10–15 pounds
