📋 Description
• Handle complex ownership matters independently • Manage Take-in-Kind (TIK) • Perform complex DOI and ownership calculations • Review title opinions • Process ownership transfers and changes • Resolve suspense and curative issues • Calculate royalty, ORRI, and working interests • Resolve complex ownership discrepancies
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of Division Order experience • Strong TIK experience • Ability to interpret title documents and calculate complex decimals • Strong understanding of oil and gas ownership • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Must be willing to work the technology and AI • CDOA certification and experience with major oil and gas operators are a plus
