📋 Description

• Administer and engineer SaaS software solutions, emphasizing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation for the GCC High environment • Support Microsoft 365, including Office applications, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview DLP, and Copilot • Handle user tickets and incidents • Design and develop solutions for applications as use cases and capabilities evolve • Plan tasks and schedules, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders • Streamline deployment workflows and optimize efficiency using DevOps delivery pipeline tools and processes • Collaborate with security, identity, and engineering teams • Contribute to larger group initiatives, process improvements, and best practices across technical domains

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams • Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) • Experience supporting Microsoft Purview, specifically Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels • Experience supporting Entra and Active Directory • Experience with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph • Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel • Good oral and written communication and customer skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group • Experience with JIRA application (bonus) • Experience supporting Exchange Server Subscriber Edition (bonus) • Experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio (bonus) • Experience working in and supporting a GCC High environment (bonus) • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
