📋 Description

• Maintain and grow existing relationships with direct shippers. • Manage the complete load lifecycle, including pricing, booking, tracking, carrier negotiation, dispatch, customer service, and digital paperwork upload. • Operate as a self-sufficient cradle-to-grave freight brokerage agent for an individual book of business.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have at least one active, direct shipper customer ready to move freight on day one. • At least 6 months of verifiable 1099 Independent Freight Agent experience, OR 2+ years of combined W-2 freight brokerage sales with transferable accounts and carrier dispatch experience. • Must be fully experienced; zero training is provided. • Must know how to price, book, track, and close out loads autonomously. • Must own a reliable computer, a dedicated phone line, and high-speed internet access. • Must legally reside and operate within the United States.
