📋 Description

• Develop and manage product strategies to drive sales growth and profitability across the assigned line of business • Manage core product lines and ancillary sub-product categories • Liaise with Sales, Operations, IT, Legal, Audit, Risk/Compliance and Marketing • Lead business analysis, product design and development of new products and programs • Direct customer and employee education for new and existing product initiatives • Manage product managers and lead project teams to develop and launch products • Provide strategic insights to leadership • Monitor industry trends and conduct market research and analysis • Develop product strategy through product design, packaging, promotion and margin management • Participate in Pricing Committee and Production meetings • Develop relationships with internal and external partners • Supervise product segment managers and liaise with business stakeholders • Monitor and report product performance and profitability against established metrics • Track cross-sell and retention and set sales/delivery expectations • Manage the overall P&L of associated product lines • Increase product sales, balance sheet and revenue growth through innovation, education and promotion • Develop and maintain industry and vendor contacts • Provide timely, candid and constructive performance feedback • Develop employees, talent pools, bench strength and succession planning • Recognize and reward employee accomplishments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or finance, or equivalent experience required • Advanced degree preferred • 10+ years of relevant Marketing/Product management experience preferred • Experience managing professional staff preferred • Demonstrated knowledge/experience with designated product line(s) • Demonstrated understanding of current industry trends and issues related to the LOB product line • Analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask • Developed communication and strong interpersonal skills • Experience and ability to influence and negotiate with individuals outside span of control • Strong strategic skill set • Some travel may be required
